Terms and Conditions
1. Identification and Acceptance These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of services and products on this website, whose owner is identified in the Legal Notice. By making a payment or placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.
2. Purpose of the Services:
We offer professional services in:
Musical Production: Creation and arrangement of musical works.
Mixing and Mastering: Technical and artistic treatment of audio files.
Audiopost: Sound design, cleaning and mixing for audiovisual content.
Digital Products: Sale of sound libraries (samples), presets and workflow tools under license.
3. Payment and Booking Conditions:
Services: The commencement of any technical work requires 100% prepayment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This payment guarantees the reservation of the necessary study hours.
Digital Products: Payment gives immediate access to download the content.
4. Review Policy:
Audio Services: Includes three (3) rounds of minor revisions (level adjustments, EQ, compression or effects).
Exclusions: Changes that involve re-recording, changes to the song structure, or replacement of video tracks once the audiopost process has begun are not considered revisions.
Timeframe: The customer has 7 calendar days after delivery to request changes. After this period, the service will be considered completed and accepted.
5. Intellectual Property and License to Use:
Sound Libraries: By purchasing a library, the user obtains a non-exclusive, perpetual (royalty-free) license to use the sounds in their own commercial or private productions. Resale, distribution, or sublicensing of individual sounds or the complete pack is strictly prohibited.
Copyright: The client guarantees that they own the rights to the tracks submitted for mixing or production. The studio is not responsible for copyright infringements committed by the client.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:
Services completed: Once the mixing, mastering or production service has been fully or partially executed with the client's consent.
Digital Content: In the delivery of digital content (libraries/presets) that is not provided on physical media, once execution has begun (download started).
Customized Goods: Services performed according to the client's technical specifications. No returns are accepted based on subjective taste or personal artistic expectations.

The studio will retain project files for a maximum of 6 months from final delivery. It is the client's sole responsibility to back up the delivered files.
